Th 350 Trans

Grovenor has been lightened, and has TCI street and strip valve body. Shifts at 4,900, and 5,200 in drive.
Backed off the cable, and shifted to second at 3,800, and did not shift to third as high as 4,500.
Will less pull on the trans cable lower the line pressure?
How much will the shift change with the adjustable modulator?
The car now has a 400 instead of 350, and I would like to have it shift at 4,000 in drive.
Do Eagle cranks need to be balanced?
Thanks

Unless you bought a crank that came balanced to your bobweight! :nice:
