Help pick my cam

Got an 96 chevy truck 5.7 vortec all factory besides exaughst don't know size of factory cam but would like to know the best size after market cam for my truck to up power that's a direct replacement without changing anything but the cam thanks

Converter?
Stock Vortec valve springs are weak.
Stock vortec valve lift is limited to .470"

Crane has several low lift HYD Roller cams that will fit the Vortec motor with a valve spring upgrade for better power above 4500 RPM.

This one is better than stock and can use all your stock parts.

Lingenfelter 74216. The one shown below is with 1.6 rocker. With a 1.5 your lift would almost max your springs. Do a google search for LPE 74216. A lot of people love it.
