Worked this up last year and forgot to post. It's not 100% fool proof (I'm no quantum physicist), but could be useful to see if you where on a quicker pass before you got on the brakes in the speed trap.
This formula will allow you to figure your ET at the MPH cone. Input your MPH where it says MPH and ET where it says ET.
(MPH x 5280) ÷ 3600 = Feet Per Second (FPS)
66 ÷ FPS = Elapsed Time in Trap (ETT)
ET - ETT = ET at MPH Cone

For Example, let's say you ran a 6.6116 @ 106.38
106.38 x 5280 = 561,686.40 ÷ 3600 = 156.024
66 ÷ 156.024 = .4230
6.6116 - .4230 = 6.1886
