There seems to be, some kind of lead or lag time, between when a rain out msg, is posted on the MoKan website, and when our Computer system, can see it.
But the recorder phone msg, in the Tower, is always in real time.
With the Cloud Computing, it has slowed things down.

Refresh is a good idea, but even that can have Error code 502.
Maybe there have been, too many Blue screen hits, on the hard drive.
