Does a bye run RT count for a bye run? Towards the end of a race, the cars that are left in, may all have had a bye run.

If you get to the semi-final and all three cars have had a bye run, then, yes. If you had the bye in the quarters at 5 cars (only way to get a 3 car semi and have a by the round before), you could possibly get the bye in the semis too. I suppose it would be possible to have a bye at 9, then all 5 in the quarters could have had a bye already, but that seems fairly unlikely.
