I'm looking for a T-cup Chihuahua.....

I am looking for a tcup chihuahua for my 11 year old daughter....She is ready for a pet. I prefer a female but not set on it. I am not looking to spend a lot of money because she has saved up to pay for her own dog....does not need to be registered but would like a full blooded chihuahua.
