Border Collie/shepherd mix

I have a 10 month old border collie/sheperd mix. He could be inside or outside, good with kids, playful, & he is kennel train will need a little reminding at first because he is outside right now and hasnt been in for a while. He plays with my 1 1/2 year old daughter very good. He's good with other animals. I just dont have the time to train him like he needs to be trained. He is a little skidish at first because we have been having problems with our neighbor. I would like to see him in a great home. He loves attention and acts like a big baby.
