I wanted to let you know that I talked with a friend today and she works at a Vet Office that works with the Joplin Humane Society and she let me know that they have a little boy Dachsund not very old that is going up for adoption! He sounds VERY sweet and from experiance from raising long haired Dachsunds they are SO sweet and loving especially the males!
You might call them immediatly if you still are looking for a small dog! I know he will go fast!

you should check out the post i have for mini dachshunds. someone may be taking the lil' redish brown one, but the black and tan one is still up for grabs.
