Free Boxer

I have a male bocer that i found in the park i live in. He looks to be about 1 year old, he is tan and white and his ears are chopped and he looks really good. The bad is he had worms and i got rid of those but he is not getting any bigger i think that he is sick and needs to be taking to the vet but i dnt have the money. Im about to have surgery and i am out of a job so if anyone is interested in taking him please let me know if not im going to take him to the humane society.
