cant dial any faster than 11.00, but doesnt say you both cant run under the dial. Its a race at that point, whoever breaks out the least.

you can lift at a certain point to run 11.0 or slower, or you can dial 11.0, cut a good light and hang a wheel on the other car, hope your light was better for a cushion at the stripe. Several ways to slow down your dial, just a couple. Hope that helps! Hoggie
